AWARD-WINNING PROJECT!
Maintenance Week is an industry-wide initiative in Apartment Management that aims to recognize and celebrate the hardworking service and maintenance teams. At Advenir Living, Maintenance Week takes the form of Maintenance Rocks, a month-long celebration of their Service Teams.
The theme for 2019 was "Maintenance Rocks, 80's Edition". We designed posters, swag, and activities to engage and entertain our Service Teams. These activities included sponsored lunches, time off, team building activities, and since it took place in October, a spookily fun pumpkin carving contest.
