Project Scope
At Advenir Living, I co-lead the team that puts together our annual two-day company conference, focused on empowering our leaders and helping them grow. We handle everything from theming and branding to organizing evening events like the Regional Directors' dinner, Casino Night, Vendor Trade Show, and Impact Awards Dinner (complete with a show!).
We’re also in charge of the logistics: venue and food choices, rooming and guest lists, AV setups, decorations, entertainment, signage, stage decor, and all the swag. We manage all the communications, including drip email campaigns, video teasers, and intranet pages for the conference. I took on the task of turning our previously text-heavy instructional emails into easy-to-read, visually appealing infographics. It’s a huge undertaking, but the rave reviews are worth it.

Theming
In 2024, we chose the Paris Olympics as the conference theme. My goal was to create a minimalist, elegant design with a touch of European flair. The conference focused on our business's "Five Fundamentals," which naturally aligned with the five colors of our brand and the iconic Olympic rings. From this concept, we developed the Advenir Impact Rings—a creative way to visually represent each element of the Five Fundamentals while staying true to the Olympic theme.
