I co-lead the design and execution of Advenir Living’s annual two-day company conference, overseeing everything from branding and theming to event production and logistics. This includes high-impact evenings like the Impact Awards Dinner. I also managed conference communications—transforming lengthy instructional emails into clear, engaging infographics, for example—resulting in a seamless experience and consistently rave reviews.

In 2024, we chose the Paris Olympics as the conference theme. My goal was to create a minimalist, elegant design with a touch of European flair. The conference focused on our business's "Five Fundamentals," which naturally aligned with the five colors of our brand and the iconic Olympic rings.
