As Art Director and Editorial Designer for The Familiar e-Zine, I sought to bring a modern aesthetic to New Moon Books’ mystical publication. Building on Lawren Leo’s cover concept, they crafted distinct layouts, typography, and visual treatments for each article—ensuring every author’s voice was visually honored. From art direction to production, every detail was thoughtfully designed to reflect the magazine’s unique New Age spirit.
