When Advenir took over a student-focused residential community near FIU, I designed a bold bus stop ad campaign tailored to the young, vibrant demographic. Breaking from traditional multifamily visuals, the campaign prioritized people over product, creating a relatable, eye-catching presence. Meanwhile, more product-focused messaging was strategically delivered through other channels like postcards, social media, housing fairs, and brand ambassadors.
