Design Brief
When Advenir took over a local residential community catering to FIU students, one of our points of contact with prospects were the numerous bus stops in the area. I wanted to create an ad that reached out to our young and vibrant demographic, not a standard multifamily-focused visual. To do this, I chose to focus on showcasing people first, and then the product. We used other sources o focus on the product: outreach postcards, social media posts, housing fairs, and local ambassadors.
