Project Scope
When Azora, a Spain-based global investment firm, and Advenir, a US-based real estate investment and management corporation, merged to form a new strategic partnership, a rebranding effort was necessary to align both companies under a unified identity. The goal was to create a cohesive brand that reflected the new collaboration and emphasized their shared mission.
As the lead on this rebranding project, I developed and executed the overall strategy, guiding the brand transition from concept to launch. This included overseeing the design of the new logo, created by the talented Marzena Tutak, creating the brand book to ensure consistency across all materials, and managing the rollout of the updated brand identity. My role also involved collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of the new brand across all platforms and communications.
The result was a seamless rebrand that effectively communicated the strategic partnership, enhanced brand recognition, and positioned the company for future growth in the competitive real estate market.
Logo Design

Marzena, our extremely talented Sr Graphic Designer, sketched dozens of beautiful logos for this rebrand, and this is the one that was chosen.
"The new logo captures the essence of the new organization—a visual identity that unites the strengths and values of both Advenir and Azora into a single, cohesive symbol. The circular design of the logo reflects the unity and balance between Advenir and Azora, a seamless merging of our missions, teams, and visions. The shape of the letter “A” not only represents both Advenir and Azora, but also embodies the idea of a roof - a nod to the concept of home, community, and the lives we touch every day in our organization."

Project Scope & Timeline Presentation
To keep the executive team updated, I created a simplified Scope & Timeline presentation outlining the project’s progress. I outlined action items and entered them into the project management software I selected, ensuring everything was tracked efficiently. The presentation provided clear updates while maintaining alignment with the team.
Brand Book
I developed the brand book to serve as the cornerstone for brand consistency across all platforms and mediums. This essential guide outlines the proper usage of the brand’s visual and messaging elements, ensuring that both internal teams and external partners maintain a cohesive and recognizable identity. By establishing clear guidelines, the brand book helps protect the integrity of the brand while fostering alignment across all communications and touchpoints.
Social Media
Executed and designed by Jose Pirez
I collaborated with Jose Perez, Director of Digital Art and Content, to shape the look and feel of the new brand’s social media presence. We created a strategy that aligned with the rebrand and engaged our audience, ensuring consistency across all platforms. His expertise brought the vision to life, while I provided direction to maintain brand integrity.
