Design Brief
Our CEO's "Your Voice Matters" tour, formerly known as Town Halls and Team Engagement Campaigns, involves visiting site teams across the U.S. to boost associate engagement. Since 2019, I've been tasked with creating engagement cards for these visits.
For 2024, I suggested moving from printed engagement cards to e-cards on our company intranet. I designed and populated a dedicated page featuring get-to-know-you questions and our complex yearly goals. I also leveraged both AI and my command of the Spanish language to translate the page for Spanish-speaking associates, and worked with IT to set up a generic user ID for easy access.
Before
In previous years, we designed and printed double-sided engagement cards. The executives conducting the Town Halls had to carry these and travel with them to various states. Not optimal.


After
In 2024, I conceptualized and spearheaded the switch from printed cards to a digital platform to boost engagement. This format allowed for more information to be transmitted easily and for end-users to choose their language, boosting engagement (not to mention simplifying travel!). Next year, we plan to introduce even more languages to the e-cards for enhanced inclusion.
