Creative Brief
A few years ago, our former VP of Culture asked me to create an "Org Chart" to visually display all our managed properties, including details like unit counts, staff numbers, and job titles.
The initial design was a large one-pager meant for a wall display, but when that plan changed, only the digital version was used. With our frequent property acquisitions and sales, it became increasingly challenging to keep the layout updated efficiently.
Recognizing the need for a better solution, I pitched a redesigned approach to the new Chief People and Culture Officer. Once approved, I collaborated closely with my trusted freelancer, providing direction while giving her the creative freedom to bring the vision to life. The result is a series of state-specific layouts, offering the flexibility to easily add or remove properties and streamline future updates.
